Audio Visual Regina Branch Manager - Permanent Full Time
Job Description:
- Report to Executive Management.
- Care, Custody and Control of all company assets.
- Administration: Control of all departments, including budgets, expenditures, operations and staffing.
- Appraise performance of Branch staff in a timely and fair manner and ensure safekeeping of appraisals.
- Uphold all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Train, motivate and govern all staff.
- Maintain cordial relations and discipline amongst staff.
- Initiate discipline and action if necessary with consultation from Senior Management.
- Assist with selection and recruitment of new staff.
- Participate with marketing for all Departments, including advertising, trade shows and other media.
- Lead in growing Inland’s visible awareness within Regina and Saskatchewan
- Any other duties assigned by Managing Partners.
